Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may hold one account. Accounts are personal — you may not sell, rent or transfer one to somebody else.

You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access to it. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request about an account.

Coins are a licence to use a feature of the app. They are not money, they are not a deposit, and they carry no cash value outside WM Live. You do not own them; you hold a revocable, non-transferable right to use them inside the app.

• Coins are bought through the app store or payment provider you purchase from, and their refund rules apply to that purchase.
• Coins that have been spent — on a gift, an item or a game — are consumed and are not refundable.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or cashed out.

Diamonds are earned when somebody sends you a gift. They are a record of what you have received, and they are the only balance with a withdrawal path.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before they are paid, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.
• We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal where the diamonds behind it came from fraud, a chargeback, self-gifting arrangements, or any attempt to convert coins to cash through another account.
• Any fees, exchange rates and minimum amounts are shown in the app at the time you request a withdrawal.

Gifts, mall items, frames, badges, entrance effects and level standing are features of the app rather than property. They may be changed, re-priced, withdrawn from sale or discontinued. Items bought for a period expire at the end of that period. Nothing in the app is redeemable for money.

Our community guidelines form part of these terms. In short: do not use WM Live to harm, harass, deceive or exploit anybody, and do not use it to break the law where you are.

What you post is yours. By posting it you give us the permission we need to run the service — to store it, transmit it to the people you sent it to, and display it inside the app. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we are required to keep a record.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our guidelines, or where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud. Where an account is closed for abuse, unspent coins and unwithdrawn diamonds are forfeited. Where it is closed for any other reason we will honour a pending withdrawal that was already validly earned.

We work to keep WM Live running and safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use WM Live after that means you accept the updated terms.
